Plaquemines Processing and Recovery (PPR) is a diversified commercial and industrial waste water treatment facility located in Mrytle Grove, LA (next to the Alliance / Conoco Refinery) about 25 miles from downtown New Orleans. PPR is Louisiana’s first state-of-the-art privately owned treatment facility with capabilities to process multiple streams of waste water, grease, oily water, portable toilet waste, and grease trap waste. PPR is fully permitted by the LADEQ .
Our 50 acre facility is a one-of-a-kind, specialized processing plant. We are the only plant in Southeast Louisiana that is able to receive and process waste water material and discharge clean water back into the Mississippi River.

PPR takes pride in our ability to operate a driver-friendly facility that can increase productivity and cut down on standby time. Our process cuts total load turnaround time to less than 10 minutes from entering the gate, to offloading, and disconnecting. PPR’s efficiency enables our clients to spend more time hauling waste water and other streams of waste instead of waiting to offload.
